Moneyview Shares Rise 62% On Debut

Mumbai, October 1, 2026: Moneyview shares made their stock market debut at ₹55 per share on NSE on Thursday, October 1, 2026. The listing price was ₹21 or 61.76% above the company’s IPO price of ₹34 per share.
The debut followed Moneyview’s ₹1,091.68 crore IPO, which received 71.40 times overall subscription during the September 24–28 bidding period.
Moneyview Shares Debut At ₹55
Moneyview shares started trading at ₹55, compared with the IPO price of ₹34. This resulted in a listing premium of ₹21 per share.
The company’s IPO had a price band of ₹32–₹34 per share.
₹1,091.68 Crore IPO Combined Fresh Issue And OFS
Moneyview raised ₹1,091.68 crore through a combination of fresh issue and offer for sale.
The fresh issue comprised 22,06,18,235 shares aggregating to ₹750 crore, while existing shareholders offered 10,04,94,200 shares worth ₹341.68 crore through the OFS component.
The total issue size stood at 32,10,82,435 shares.
IPO Received 71.40 Times Subscription
The Moneyview IPO received 71.40 times overall subscription by the close of bidding on September 28.
The QIB category, including the anchor allocation, was subscribed 92.71 times, while the NII portion received 119.98 times subscription. The retail category was subscribed 20.13 times.
Overall, investors placed bids for 22,92,48,86,229 shares against 32,10,82,435 shares offered. The IPO received a total of 47,895 applications.
NII Category Gets 119.98 Times Subscription
The NII category received bids for 5,77,85,33,250 shares against 4,81,62,366 shares offered, resulting in subscription of 119.98 times.
Within the NII segment, applications above ₹10 lakh were subscribed 136.79 times, while applications below ₹10 lakh received 86.36 times subscription.
The total amount collected from the NII category stood at ₹19,647.01 crore.
Retail Investors Subscribe 20.13 Times
The retail portion received bids for 2,26,22,90,310 shares against 11,23,78,853 shares offered, taking subscription to 20.13 times.
The IPO lot size was fixed at 441 shares. At the upper end of the price band, the minimum retail application required ₹14,994.
The retail category accounted for 35% of the total shares offered in the issue.
QIB Portion Subscribed 92.71 Times
The QIB portion was subscribed 92.71 times, including the anchor allocation.
Investors in this category placed bids for 14,88,40,62,669 shares against 16,05,41,216 shares allocated to the QIB segment. The allocation included 9,63,24,729 shares for anchor investors and 6,42,16,487 shares for QIBs excluding anchors.
The QIB portion excluding the anchor allocation was subscribed 230.26 times, with bids for 14,78,62,66,950 shares against 6,42,16,487 shares offered.
Moneyview IPO Lot Size And Issue Details
The IPO lot size was fixed at 441 shares, with the retail application amount at the upper price-band level standing at ₹14,994.
The issue opened on September 24, 2026, and closed on September 28. The basis of allotment was finalised on September 29, while shares were credited to successful applicants on September 30.
Moneyview shares were listed on NSE and BSE on October 1, 2026.
Moneyview Listing Follows IPO Subscription Of 71.40 Times
The company entered the secondary market at ₹55 on October 1, compared with its ₹34 IPO issue price.
At 9:55:02 AM IST, the available market snapshot showed the shares at ₹55. The listing price represented a 61.76% premium to the IPO issue price.
