Mumbai, Nov 17, 2025: Morgan Stanley Asia (Singapore) has purchased 14.09 lakh shares in Pine Labs Limited, representing a 0.1% stake in the company. The transaction was executed at Rs 257.50 per share, valuing the deal at Rs 36.28 crore. Pine Labs provides digital payments, merchant commerce solutions, and transaction technology infrastructure. This positions itself as a key player in India’s fintech sector.
Key Acquisition Details
In a recent block deal, Morgan Stanley Asia (Singapore) acquired 14.09 lakh shares of Pine Labs Limited, representing a 0.1% stake in the company. The shares were purchased from UBS AG at Rs 257.50 per share, bringing the total transaction value to Rs 36.28 crore. This strategic acquisition strengthens Morgan Stanley’s portfolio in the Indian fintech sector.
Share Price Update
Pine Labs shares made their stock market debut on 14 November 2025. As of 3:16 pm on Monday, the share price was trading at Rs 239.05, down 4.50% from its previous level. The stock opened at Rs 252.67, reaching an intraday high of Rs 262 and a low of Rs 238.26. Pine Labs’ market capitalization stands at Rs 27,340 crore, with a P/E ratio of 51.38.
