Mumbai August, 26: MTAR Technologies Limited has received purchase orders worth ₹126.74 crore from Nuclear Power Corporation of India Limited (NPCIL) for the supply of coolant channel assemblies for reactor refurbishment, while its shares moved higher in early trading.
According to the company’s exchange filing dated August 26, 2026, the orders have been awarded by NPCIL, a domestic entity, and cover the supply of coolant channel assemblies for reactor refurbishment.
The company said the orders are a continuation of its regular business with the existing customer. The orders are classified as purchase orders and are domestic in nature, with execution scheduled up to May 26, 2028.
The filing also states that the promoter or promoter group has no interest in the entity awarding the orders. The orders will not fall within related-party transactions.
In a separate company communication, MTAR said the latest orders relate to the civil nuclear power sector and involve coolant channel assemblies for refurbishment of the RAPS-4 and MAPS-2 reactors.
