Mumbai, September 17: The National Stock Exchange of India IPO Opened for subscription on September 17, 2026, with the issue receiving bids across investor categories on the first day. The ₹22,561.57 crore IPO is entirely an offer for sale of 12.64 crore shares. The price band has been fixed at ₹1,700 to ₹1,785 per share. The issue will remain open until September 21, 2026. The IPO has also set aside up to 4,33,437 shares for eligible employees at a discount of ₹170 to the issue price. As of 5:24:35 PM on September 17, 2026, the NSE IPO was subscribed 0.42 times overall. The NII category received bids for 0.70 times the shares on offer, while the Retail category was subscribed 0.43 times. The QIB portion, excluding the anchor allocation, stood at 0.19 times.

Brief Overview Of The IPO
The National Stock Exchange of India IPO is a bookbuilding issue of ₹22,561.57 crore and consists entirely of an offer for sale of 12.64 crore shares. The price band is ₹1,700 to ₹1,785 per share.
The lot size is eight shares, requiring a minimum investment of ₹14,280 at the upper end of the price band for a retail application.
The issue has allocated 50% of the net offer to QIBs, 15% to NIIs and 35% to Retail investors. The QIB allocation includes an anchor portion, while the employee reservation covers up to 4,33,437 shares.
Kotak Mahindra Capital Co. Ltd. is the book running lead manager and MUFG Intime India Pvt. Ltd. is the registrar to the issue.
The IPO is scheduled to close on September 21, 2026. The tentative listing date is September 24, 2026, and the shares are proposed to list on the BSE.
