Gurugram, November 6: NDR Auto Components’ share price is witnessing positive demand from investors today, after the company reported strong Q2FY26 results and announced new projects. As of 2:00 PM, NDR Auto Components’ share price was up by 4.21%, or 40.75 points, and was trading at ₹1,007.95. Until now, the shares of NDR Auto Components have traded within a range of ₹1,052 and ₹950. The traded volume for NDR Auto Components stock stood at 2.25 lakh shares, with the company’s market cap at ₹2,301 crore. The shares have their 52-week high at ₹1,220 and their 52-week low at ₹551. T
NDR Auto Components Ltd (NSE: NDRAUTO, BSE: 543214) is an Indian company that manufactures and supplies seat frames and seat trims for both passenger and two-wheeler vehicles. It was established in 2019 and is headquartered in Gurugram, Haryana.
Shares Rise After Strong Q2 Results and New Project Announcements
For Q2FY26, the company’s consolidated Revenue from Operations increased by 14.8% compared to last year, reaching ₹19,995.61 lakh. Profit Before Tax rose by 23.3% to ₹1,960.18 lakh, and Net Profit jumped by 24.3% to ₹1,484.60 lakh. On a standalone basis, revenue also grew by 14.8% to ₹19,995.61 lakh. Profit after tax was ₹1,369.51 lakh.
For the entire first half of the year (H1FY26), the consolidated revenue was at ₹385 crore, an 11.2% increase. The net profit increased by 21.1% to ₹28.44 crore.
The company announced two new projects. First, a Seat Belt Reminder System project in Gujarat with its partner Fujikura (Japan). It involves a ₹7.43 crore investment, with a capacity of 1.5 million units per year. It is expected to be completed by January 2027. Second, a Seating Latch Manufacturing project in Gurugram with Fisher Dynamics Corp (USA). it includes a a ₹17.43 crore investment, and a capacity of 3 million units per year. It is also due by January 2027. The company also announced that it will invest an additional amount of ₹3 crore in its subsidiary, NDR Auto Components Safety Systems.
Financially, as of 30 September 2025, the company’s total assets were ₹53,170.45 lakh, and the total equity was ₹33,319.68 lakh. The Debt-Equity Ratio was at 0.13x. The company paid a final dividend of ₹2.75 per share for FY25. It also completed a 1:1 bonus issue in FY25, which resulted in doubling the company’s paid-up share base to 2.38 crore equity shares.
