Bharti Airtel LtdQ2FY26 results Highlights:
Bharti Airtel’s numbers were above expectations in Q2FY26, and the company maintained industry-leading growth. The company has strong business momentum led by leading operational indicators. Consolidated revenue grew by 25.7% YoY to Rs 52,145 crore in Q2FY26, driven by rapidly increasing demand for data, rise in tariff prices, premiumization and CPaaS (Communication Platform as a Service). As of June 30, 2025, overall customer base at ~624 mn across 15 countries. Average revenue per user (ARPU) continued to be best in industry as Q2FY26, on QoQ basis, stood at Rs 256 in Q2FY26 vs. Rs 233 in Q2FY25, on a comparable basis EBITDA was up 35.3% YoY to Rs 29,561 crore and EBITDA margin ramped up 400 bps YoY to 56.7% in Q2FY26. Net Profit stood at Rs 8,651 crore in Q2FY26 vs. Rs 6,495 crore in Q2FY25 and PAT margin stood at 16.6% in Q2FY26
Titan Company Ltd
Titan Company Ltd reported 43% increase in net profit at Rs 1,006 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025, as a steep rise in gold prices lifted the firm’s bottomline. It had reported profit of Rs 705 crore in the year-ago period. The company’s revenue rose 25% to Rs 16,534 crore in Q2FY26 as compared to Rs 13,215 crore in Q2FY25. Titan’s operating margin improved to 9.3% in Q2FY26 from 7.8% a year ago, driven by higher volumes and improved mix in the jewellery business.
Delhivery
Delhivery reports record-breaking performance for October 2025, delivering goods worth Rs.1187.4 crore and processing over 107.4 million e-commerce and freight shipments. The company achieved a single-day dispatch of 7.2 million shipments and delivered 29.57 million packages within 48 hours
Bharti Hexacom Ltd Q2FY26 results Highlights:
Bharti Hexacom revenue was inline and net profit was below expectations Q2FY26. Consolidated revenue grew by 10.5% YoY to Rs 2,317 crore in Q2FY26, driven by rapidly increasing demand for data, and a rise in tariff. Mobile Average revenue per user (ARPU) increased to Rs 251 in Q2FY26 vs. Rs 246 in Q1FY26, and Rs 228 in Q2FY25. EBITDA was up 20.6% YoY to Rs 1,208 crore and EBITDA margin ramped up 52.1% in Q2FY26 vs. 47.8% in Q2FY25. Net Profit grew 66.4% YoY to Rs 421 crore in Q2FY26, supported by higher other income and lower finance costs and PAT margin stood at 18.2% in Q2FY26 vs. 12.1% in Q2FY25.
Vodafone Idea
The Supreme Court has allowed the government to reassess all adjusted gross revenue (AGR) dues up to FY 2016-17, offering significant relief to Vodafone Idea. This clarification addresses uncertainty over the scope of earlier directives, potentially easing the telecom operator’s substantial debt burden.
Oil and Gas
Petrol sales rose 7% year-on-year in October as the festival season boosted travel and vehicle purchases. Diesel sales, however, slipped 0.5% after an unusually strong 6% jump in September, according to oil ministry data. Aviation turbine fuel (ATF) sales increased 1.6% and cooking gas (LPG) sales rose 5.4%. For the April-October period, ATF and LPG sales were up 1% and 7%, respectively. India’s Russian oil imports saw a slight increase in October. However, these shipments are set to decrease starting November. This shift follows new US sanctions targeting major Russian oil producers. Indian refiners are pausing new orders and seeking alternative supplies. Some companies have already stopped Russian oil purchases.
BPCL
Bharat Petroleum Corporation (BPCL) has secured two million barrels of crude oil from Abu Dhabi. This purchase aims to replace oil previously sourced from Russia. The move follows recent United States sanctions imposed on two major Russian oil companies. Bharat Petroleum plans to continue buying Russian oil from entities not under sanction.

The Board has approved the appointment of Raktimanu Das as the Chief Executive Officer of the company, effective November 4. 4 November 2025
VRL Logistics
VRL Logistics reported revenue of Rs. 797 cr. (no change year on year & 7% rise compared to previous quarter). EBITDA margins improved from 17% to 19% year on year. Also, the company reported a profit of Rs.50 cr. which is an increase in profit by 39%
year on year.
Ambuja Cements
Ambuja Cements reported revenue of Rs. 9174 cr. (21% rise year on year & 364% rise compared to previous quarter). EBITDA margins improved from 15% to 19% year on year. Also, the company reported a profit of Rs.2302 cr. which is an increase in profit by 364% year on year.
Ratnaveer Precision
Company reported strong Q2 FY26 results with net profit rising 25.6% to Rs 154.30 crore. Revenue increased by 24.2% to Rs 2,856.68 crore, while EBITDA grew 15.5% to Rs 283.00 crore. However, EBITDA margin slightly declined to 9.90% from 10.65%. Domestic revenue reached Rs 2,656.33 crore, and international revenue grew to Rs 200.35 crore.
Kirloskar Brothers
Company reported a 25.8% (YoY) decline in consolidated net profit at Rs 71 crore for the quarter ended September 2025, compared to Rs 96 crore in the same period last year. Revenue remained largely flat at Rs 1,027 crore versus Rs 1,035 crore a year ago. Operating performance weakened during the quarter, with EBITDA falling 24% YoY to Rs 107.7 crore from Rs 141.7 crore, while the operating margin contracted to 10.5% from 13.7% in Q2FY25, reflecting cost pressures and subdued demand in key segments.
Hitachi Energy
Net profit of Hitachi Energy India rose 405.57% to Rs 264.36 crore in the quarter ended September 2025 as against Rs 52.29 crore during the previous quarter ended September 2024. Sales rose 16.75% to Rs 1760.23 crore in the quarter ended September 2025 as against Rs 1507.63 crore during the previous quarter ended September 2024.
ACME Solar
Revenue increased by 103.8% YoY to Rs 601.3 Cr, driven by capacity addition and higher CUF. EBITDA Grew by 108.3% YoY (0.6%) to Rs533.82, with EBITDA margin at 88.8% in Q2 FY26 as compared to 86.8% in Q2 FY25 on account of favourable operating leverage and optimized operational efficiency. PAT notice a growth of 652.1% YoY (-12.1% QoQ).

Revenue for Q2FY26 stood at Rs. 11,745.95 Cr growing 1.8%/2.5% YoY/QoQ. EBITDA for the quarter was Rs 9,113 Cr sliding -6.1%/- 0.4% YoY/QoQ. PAT came in at Rs 3,566.1 Cr, reporting a YoY/QoQ degrowth of -6%/-1.8%.
Cipla
The company has entered into definitive agreements to acquire a 100% stake in Inzpera Healthsciences for Rs 110.65 crore. With this acquisition, Inzpera will become a wholly owned subsidiary of the company
Lemon Tree
The company has launched its ninth hotel property in Uttarakhand the Lemon Tree Hotel, Mall of Dehradun, Dehradun comprising 98 rooms. The hotel is managed by its subsidiary, Carnation Hotels.
Zydus Lifesciences
The Board will meet on November 6 to consider a proposal for raising funds of up to Rs 5,000 crore through qualified institutions placement(s), rights issue, preferential allotment, or private placement(s).
