Mumbai, March 20: The ₹60.15 crore Novus Loyalty IPO, priced in the band of ₹139 to ₹146 per share, opened for subscription on March 17, 2026, and is scheduled to close today. The issue comprises a fresh issue of 0.33 crore shares aggregating ₹48.18 crore and an offer for sale of 0.08 crore shares aggregating ₹11.97 crore.

Brief Overview Of The IPO
Novus Loyalty IPO is a bookbuilding issue aggregating ₹60.15 crore. The price band is fixed at ₹139 to ₹146 per share. The minimum lot size for application is 1,000 shares.
The issue includes a fresh issue of 30.70 lakh shares and an offer for sale of 8.20 lakh shares. Net shares offered to the public stand at 38.90 lakh shares. The company is set to list on the BSE SME platform on March 25, 2026.
