New Delhi, October 30, 2025: OCCL Limited (NSE: OCCL) reported a standalone net profit of ₹869.37 lakh for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 (Q2 FY26), representing a 15.8% increase from a net profit of ₹750.87 lakh for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 (Q2 FY25). On a sequential basis, net profit was down 33.8% from ₹1,313.97 lakh for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 (Q1 FY26), partially reflecting softer margins in the quarter.

OCCL Limited (NSE: OCCL) operates in the commodity chemicals sector, specialising in the manufacture of chemical intermediates used primarily by the tyre and rubber industries. Listed on October 29, 2024, the company has a paid-up equity capital of ₹999 lakh, with each share carrying a face value of ₹2.

Quarterly Financial Results

Revenue from operations of ₹11,964.34 lakh represented a 16.1% increase from ₹10,306.31 lakh in Q2 FY25 but was down 2.8% from ₹12,308.80 lakh in Q1 FY26. The total income of ₹12,061.95 lakh represented a 16.1% year-on-year increase but was down 2.3% quarter-on-quarter.

Total expenses were ₹10,905.81 lakh, compared to ₹9,375.99 lakh for Q2 FY25, indicating a 16.3% cost increase and a 3.7% increase sequentially. Consequently, profit before tax was ₹1,156.14 lakh, 14.3% higher year-on-year but 36.9% lower quarter-on-quarter.

Profit after tax for Q2 FY26 was reported at ₹869.37 lakh, 15.8% higher year-on-year but 33.8% lower quarter-on-quarter. Earnings per share (EPS) were reported at ₹1.74, compared to ₹1.50 for the same period last year and ₹2.63 for Q1 FY26.

H1 FY26 Highlights

OCCL Limited reported a robust performance in the first half of FY26, with net profit rising sharply to ₹2,183.34 lakh from ₹746.75 lakh in H1 FY25. Total income surged to ₹24,411.05 lakh, more than doubling from ₹10,387.12 lakh in the same period last year. This strong growth underscores the company’s improved operational efficiency and solid business momentum in the first half of the fiscal year.

Management Commentary

While revenue growth remained steady YoY, the sequential fall in profit reflected higher material and operational costs during the quarter. The company’s H1 performance, however, showed significant improvement in overall profitability versus last year.

Share Price Update

OCCL Limited’s share price closed at ₹112.39 on Thursday, marking a sharp decline of 17.87%. The stock opened at ₹135.32, slightly lower than its previous close of ₹136.84, and witnessed significant volatility during the session, touching an intraday high of ₹139.10 and a low of ₹109.47.

The company’s market capitalisation stood at ₹561 crore, with a traded volume of 11.75 lakh shares and a total turnover of ₹1,321.51 lakh. Over the past year, OCCL shares have moved between a 52-week high of ₹159.42 and a 52-week low of ₹63.63, reflecting notable volatility in trading sentiment.
