Bengaluru, October 27, 2025 – Ola Electric Mobility Ltd (NSE: OLAELEC, BSE: 544225) has taken a critical step towards improving its service ecosystem. The company has expanded its proprietary Hyperservice platform into an open, industry-wide service process that will allow customers, independent garages, and fleet operators around the country to access spare parts directly. The lack of spare parts in the workshops has been a major concern, and this step will be a major improvement in this regard.
Direct Availability of Spare Parts
Customers can directly access the Ola Electric Customer App and website and find availability of their chosen spare parts. This will ensure that any delays in services can be addressed, and the entire maintenance process will be more transparent and accessible. The process began on Monday, and intermediary-related delays have been eliminated through this step.
Key Highlights of the Process
Ola’s Hyperservice platform expansion aims to include all customers, garages, and fleet operators, enhancing accessibility across its network. Genuine spare parts will now be available directly through the Ola app and website, ensuring transparency and trust.
Plans include diagnostic tools and technician certification programs, positioning Ola as a full-service automotive ecosystem. The initiative strengthens unit economics by scaling high-margin parts and accessories, potentially boosting profitability while benefiting over one million Ola users.
Management Commentary
The Chairman and MD of the company, Mr Bhavish Aggarwal, underlined the importance of building a service ecosystem and linked it with Ola’s philosophy of fast, transparent, and efficient after-sales service. This step will empower the garage ecosystem and be critical to mechanics’ self-training. EV technology is comparatively newer than ICE vehicles, and hence, the availability of spare parts through the website and app shall be critical in integrating software and after-sales infrastructure.
