Mumbai, October 6, 2025: The allotment status for Om Freight Forwarders Limited’s ₹122 crore SME IPO is expected to be announced shortly. Investors who subscribed can check their allotment via the BSE, NSE, or through the registrar, Bigshare Services Pvt Ltd.

Om Freight Forwarders IPO witnessed strong demand across all investor segments, with the issue receiving bids for over 30. crore shares against an offer of 79.16 lakh shares.

Om Freight Forwarders Limited, founded in 1995 and headquartered in Mumbai, India, is an integrated logistics and freight forwarding company. It provides end-to-end solutions including global multimodal transport, customs clearance, warehousing, and project logistics. With a presence across five continents, the company serves diverse industries such as engineering, FMCG, energy, and infrastructure. Its shares are scheduled to be listed on October 8, 2025, following the successful completion of allotment and credit to investors’ demat accounts.

Om Freight Forwarders IPO Anchor Allocation

Prior to the IPO, Om Freight Forwarders raised ₹15.9 crore from anchor investors on September 26, 2025, through the sale of 11,77,710 shares at ₹135 each. Among the key participants, Craft Emerging Market Fund – Citadel Capital Fund was allotted 4,36,896 shares for ₹5.89 crore, while Rajasthan Global Securities Pvt Ltd and Abundantia Capital VCC received 3,70,407 shares each, amounting to ₹5 crore per participant. The anchor round, which totalled ₹15.89 crore, underscored strong institutional confidence in the company ahead of its public offering.

Om Freight Forwarders IPO Subscription Summary

The Om Freight Forwarders Initial Public Offering (IPO) witnessed strong investor interest, with bids worth nearly four times the issue size. At the Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) segment (excluding anchor investors), the issue got subscribed 3.97 times, with investors purchasing 53.27 lakh out of 13.41 lakh shares on offer. The Non-Institutional Investors (NIIs) segment witnessed the maximum demand, with a 7.39 times oversubscription, as bidders reached 1.30 crore out of 17.64 lakh on offer.

The Retail Investor segment also saw healthy interest, with a 2.77 times subscription, 1.21 crore shares bid for 43.61 lakh shares on offer. While the Employee quota witnessed a thin response, getting subscribed 0.57 times, bids for 2.54 lakh shares out of 4.50 lakh on offer. On an overall basis, the issue closed with a total subscription of 3.88 times, indicating robust interest across investor segments. The non-institutional segment witnessed strong demand from overseas institutional investors, further boosting QIB appetite.
