Mumbai, September 10: The Om Galaxy IPO opened for subscription on September 10 2026, with the issue subscribed 0.62 times overall by the end of Day 1. The ₹105 crore bookbuilding issue is entirely a fresh issue of 1.17 crore shares. The price band has been fixed at ₹85 to ₹90 per share, and the issue will remain open until September 15 2026.

Brief Overview Of The IPO
Om Galaxy is raising ₹105 crore through a bookbuilding IPO comprising an entirely fresh issue of 1.17 crore shares. After excluding 5.84 lakh shares reserved for the market maker, the net offer to the public stands at 1,10,83,200 shares.
The IPO carries a price band of ₹85 to ₹90 per share, with a lot size of 1,600 shares. Individual investors need to apply for a minimum of two lots, or 3,200 shares, requiring ₹2,88,000 at the upper end of the price band.
The net offer has been divided among QIBs, NIIs and Individual Investors. QIBs have been allocated 49.96% of the net issue, followed by 15.01% for NIIs and 35.02% for Individual Investors.
Indorient Financial Services Ltd. is the book-running lead manager, while Bigshare Services Pvt. Ltd. is the registrar to the issue. Aikyam Capital Pvt. Ltd. is the market maker.
The IPO is scheduled to close on September 15 2026, with the basis of allotment expected on September 16. Shares are scheduled to be credited on September 17, followed by listing on the BSE SME platform on September 18 2026.
