Mumbai, September 11: Om Galaxy IPO received bids on the second day of its subscription period, with the issue subscribed 0.95 times as of 5:08:32 PM on September 11 2026. The ₹105 crore book-built issue is entirely a fresh issue of 1.17 crore shares.
The IPO opened on September 10 2026 and will close on September 15 2026. The price band is fixed at ₹85 to ₹90 per share, while the lot size is 1,600 shares.

Brief Overview Of The IPO
Om Galaxy IPO is a ₹105 crore book-built issue comprising an entirely fresh issue of 1.17 crore shares. The price band has been fixed at ₹85 to ₹90 per share.
The lot size is 1,600 shares. Individual investors need to apply for a minimum of 3,200 shares, requiring ₹2,88,000 at the upper end of the price band. The minimum HNI application is three lots, or 4,800 shares, amounting to ₹4,32,000.
The IPO opened on September 10 2026 and will close on September 15 2026. The basis of allotment is expected to be finalised on September 16, followed by refunds and credit of shares on September 17. The shares are scheduled to list on the BSE SME platform on September 18 2026.
