Mumbai, October 31, 2025 – Onelife Capital Advisors Ltd’s shares (BSE: 533632) surged almost 10% higher in trade on Friday morning after the company published a sharp increase in revenue for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 (Q2 FY26), despite reporting another quarterly loss. The year-on-year operational performance, though, has markedly improved.

Financial Performance Overview

Revenue from operations grew 155% YoY to ₹385.97 lakh in Q2 FY26 from ₹151.64 lakh in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal. The revenue soared 356% QoQ from ₹84.67 lakh in Q1 FY26, reflecting good business momentum. Other income was ₹106.03 lakh compared with ₹877.86 lakh in the previous year. Total income rose by ₹491.99 lakh.

The total expenses declined sharply to ₹957.39 lakh from ₹3,433.16 lakh in Q2 FY25, as the company worked on improving its cost management and operational efficiency. Consequently, the net loss of the company narrowed to ₹482.67 lakh from ₹680.47 lakh in the year-ago quarter, though it widened from ₹52.51 lakh in the previous quarter. The earnings per share improved to ₹(3.61) from ₹(5.09) in Q2 FY25.

Market Reaction and Stock Update

Following the results, Onelife Capital jumped 9.93% to ₹13.95, as of 10:18 am IST making it one of the biggest winners among BSE’s small-cap index on Friday. The stock oscillated between a high and low of ₹ 12.00 and ₹ 13.40, respectively. It has a market capitalization of ₹ 17.84 crore. The share has traded in the range of ₹ 9.08 to ₹ 20.96 during the past 52 weeks.

Onelife Capital Advisors Ltd, incorporated in the year 2007 and listed on BSE with effect from October 2011, engages in the business of investment banking, financial advisory, and stockbroking. The firm represents the Stockbroking & Allied industry with a paid-up equity capital of ₹13.36 crore and a face value of ₹10 per share.
