Mumbai, November 12, 2025 – Orchid Pharma Ltd (NSE: ORCHPHARMA; BSE: 524372) announced its financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2025. The company’s quarterly performance remained under pressure. Its profit for Q2FY26 declined 92% YoY. The losses were mainly driven by higher employee and interest costs despite improved other income. The shares of the company reacted negatively, sliding down by over 4%

Q2 FY26 Financial Highlights (YoY)

The company overall had a rough quarter. Its revenue decreased by 13% YoY. It only totalled ₹194 Cr. in Q2FY26. Its other income did increase to ₹15 Cr. This was an 88% YoY increase. However, it could not positively influence other figures like EBITDA, PBT, and PAT, which continued to decline like revenue. The EBITDA only totalled ₹15 Cr., a 61% YoY decrease. The worst deline was seen in PBT and PAT, which could only reach ₹2 Cr. each for the quarter. This was a 92% YoY decline. Even the EBITDA margin contracted to 8% from 17%.

Half-Yearly Comparison (H1 FY26 vs H1 FY25)

September 30, 2025, was aslo the end of the first half of the current financial year. The company’s revenue totalled ₹366 Cr, which was a 22% YOY decline. The EBITDA and PTA did not improve. The EBITDA for H1FY26 was ₹44 Cr. A 44% YoY decrease. At the same time, the PAT was ₹20 Cr. for the first half of the current financial year. This was a steep 64% YoY decline.
