Over 90 Companies Including SBI, Adani, M&M, and Indigo to Announce Q2FY26 Results Today

Mumbai, November 4, 2025: It is going to be an eventful trading day today (Tuesday) on the stock exchanges as more than 90 companies are expected to approve the unaudited financial statements for the second quarter of the current financial year. The list of companies includes some of the large-cap heavyweights such as SBI, Adani Enterprises, Mahindra and Mahindra and IndiGo. The announcements will set the tone for trade in different core sectors such as banking, manufacturing, aviation, and IT services.

The Nifty 50 and Nifty Large Cap 250 Indices opened in the red on Tuesday and were trading slightly lower than the previous day’s closing price. At 09:45 AM, Nifty 50 was at 25702 (down by 0.24%) and Nifty Large Cap 250 was at 16,755.10 (down by 0.05% from the previous close).

Key Companies Announcing Q2FY26 Results Today

Some of the key companies expected to announce quarterly earnings include Suzlon Energy, Taj Group (The Indian Hotels Co), Berger Paints, Castrol India, and Nuvama Wealth Management Ltd, in addition to the large-cap heavyweights mentioned earlier. New-age companies such as PayTM (One 97 Communications) are also expected to announce the H1 and Q2 results today.

Besides these, some mid- and small-cap counters, such as Allied Blenders and Distillers, Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail, Bansal Wire Industries, Butterfly Gandhimathi Appliances, Greenply Industries, Refex Industries, and Vijaya Diagnostic Centre, will also announce their financial results on Tuesday.

Dividend, Stock Split, and Fund-Raising Proposals on the Table

A few companies have also lined up their quarterly earnings announcements with corporate actions. For instance, GRSE (Interim Dividend), Metropolis Healthcare (Dividend), and EaseMyTrip (fundraising discussions) will be a few scrips to look for. The corporate action announcements today will set a tone for the next couple of quarters for these scrips.

Postponements and Rescheduled Meetings

Two companies, Chemplast Sanmar Limited and Gayatri Projects Ltd., have rescheduled the meetings that were earlier fixed for Tuesday, 04 November 2025.

Sectoral Snapshot

The announcements are critical because they affect the most important sectors of the economy. The results will not only show the performance of the companies (and the sectors) in the past quarter, but will also affect the short and long-term plans of the mentioned companies. As the festive season has recently concluded, companies require the time to regroup and rethink their future strategies, including corporate actions and fundraising alternatives.

From the perspective of the markets, these announcements will dictate near-term investor sentiment. As many well-known, established, and new-age companies are expected to announce results, investors can use this time to rearrange their portfolios and book profits.
