Pace Digitek ₹819 Crore IPO Opens Today; Anchor Investors Infuse ₹245.14 Crore

FNew Delhi, September 26, 2025 – Pace Digitek Ltd has opened its ₹819 crore IPO for subscriptions, starting from September 26, 2025. The company has decided on a price band of ₹208-₹219 per share, and the lot size will be 68 shares, resulting in a total of ₹14892 per lot for the investors. The issue closes on September 30, 2025, and the listing is scheduled for October 6 on both the NSE and BSE.
As per the issue prospectus, the company intends to use the proceeds as follows: ₹630 crore will be used for purchasing capital assets (Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) through its subsidiary. All the remaining amount has been earmarked for general corporate purposes.
Pace Digitek IPO Anchor Investor Allocation
The Pace Digitek IPO attracted strong anchor investor participation, raising ₹245.14 crore through the allotment of 1.12 crore shares at ₹219 each. Major investors included Compact Structure Fund (₹36.99 crore, 15.09%), Bandhan Small Cap Fund (₹29.99 crore, 12.24%), and SBI General Insurance (₹24.99 crore, 10.20%).
Other notable participants were Samsung India Small & Mid Cap Focus Trust, Necta Bloom VCC, and Rajasthan Global Securities. Domestic mutual funds collectively secured 18.26 lakh shares, representing 16.32% of the anchor allocation. The broad mix of institutional investors underscores confidence in Pace Digitek’s growth potential.

Unistone Capital Pvt Ltd is managing the IPO as the Book Running Lead Manager. The registrar of the issue is MUFG Intime India Pvt Ltd.
