Mumbai, September 04: The stock opened at ₹46.80 against the issue price of ₹48. During the session, it recorded a high of ₹48 and a low of ₹44.46, while the volume-weighted average price (VWAP) stood at ₹46.14.

At 10:41 AM IST, the share price was ₹47.95, placing it close to the IPO price. The current price was ₹1.15, or 2.46%, above the opening level.

₹33 Crore IPO Received 271.68 Times Subscription

Paluck Technologies’ IPO was priced in the ₹46–48 range, with the final issue price fixed at ₹48 per share. The company offered 68.76 lakh shares, including 3.45 lakh shares reserved for the market maker.

For subscription calculations, the total shares offered to investors excluding the anchor and market maker portions stood at 45.75 lakh. Against this, the issue received bids for 1,24,29,33,000 shares, resulting in an overall subscription of 271.68 times.

The qualified institutional buyer (QIB) portion, excluding anchor investors, was subscribed 83.89 times. The category received bids for 10,97,22,000 shares against 13.08 lakh shares offered.

The non-institutional investor (NII) portion was subscribed 286.74 times. Within the NII segment, applications above ₹10 lakh were subscribed 288.43 times, while the portion for applications between ₹2 lakh and ₹10 lakh was subscribed 283.32 times.

Retail Portion Received 372.67 Times Subscription

The retail investor category recorded the highest subscription among the main investor classes at 372.67 times. It received bids for 85,19,16,000 shares against 22.86 lakh shares offered.

The IPO had a minimum retail application size of 6,000 shares, requiring an investment of ₹2.88 lakh at the upper end of the price band. Investors could apply in multiples of 3,000 shares thereafter.

Fresh Issue Formed Entire ₹33 Crore Offer

Paluck Technologies raised the entire ₹33 crore through a fresh issue of 68.76 lakh shares. There was no offer-for-sale component in the IPO.

Of the total issue, 3.45 lakh shares were reserved for the market maker, leaving 65.31 lakh shares as the net offer to the public. Fresh issues bring new capital into the company, unlike an offer for sale where existing shareholders sell their holdings.

QIBs Received Nearly Half Of Net Public Offer

The QIB category was allocated 32.64 lakh shares, representing 49.98% of the net issue. NIIs received 9.81 lakh shares, accounting for 15.02%, while retail investors were allocated 22.86 lakh shares, or 35%.

The market maker portion comprised 3.45 lakh shares, equivalent to 5.02% of the total issue size.

Anchor Investors Invested ₹9.39 Crore

Paluck Technologies raised ₹9.39 crore from anchor investors on August 27, 2026, a day before the IPO opened for public subscription. The anchor allocation comprised 19.56 lakh shares.

As per the issue details, 50% of the anchor shares are subject to a lock-in until October 2, 2026, while the remaining shares have a lock-in period ending December 1, 2026.

Paluck Technologies Shares Remain 0.10% Below Issue Price

At ₹47.95 as of 10:41 AM IST on September 4, 2026, the shares were ₹0.05 below the ₹48 IPO price, representing a 0.10% decline from the issue price.

The stock’s session high of ₹48 matched the final issue price, while the day’s low stood at ₹44.46. The VWAP at the time of the market data snapshot was ₹46.14.

Subscription Increased Sharply On Final Bidding Day

The IPO recorded a subscription of 18.18 times on the first day, August 28, before rising to 99.42 times on August 31. On the final bidding day, September 1, overall subscription reached 271.68 times.

QIB subscription increased from 10.49 times on the first day to 83.89 times on the final day. Retail subscription rose from 5.70 times to 372.67 times over the same period.

Paluck Technologies was listed on the BSE SME platform on September 4, 2026, following the completion of allotment on September 2 and credit of shares on September 3.
