Mumbai, September 15: Panchatv Bharat IPO entered its final day of bidding on September 15, 2026. The fixed-price issue, which opened on September 10, comprises 17.56 lakh fresh shares with an issue size of ₹24.58 crore. The issue price has been fixed at ₹140 per share.
By 5:09:06 PM on September 15, the IPO had received bids for 23.43 lakh shares against 16.68 lakh shares on offer to the public. This took the overall subscription to 1.40 times.
Retail investors accounted for the strongest subscription among the reported categories, with their portion subscribed 2.42 times. The NII category stood at 0.39 times. No QIB subscription figure was reported in the data available.

Brief Overview Of The IPO
Panchatv Bharat IPO is a fixed-price issue of ₹24.58 crore comprising 17.56 lakh fresh equity shares. The issue opened on September 10, 2026, and closes on September 15, 2026. The issue price is fixed at ₹140 per share.
The lot size is 1,000 shares. Retail investors can apply for a minimum of two lots, or 2,000 shares, requiring an investment of ₹2.80 lakh. For HNI investors, the minimum application is three lots, or 3,000 shares, amounting to ₹4.20 lakh.
