Mumbai, October 7: Papadmalji Agro Foods shares debuted at ₹72.30 on the NSE SME on October 7, 2026, against the IPO issue price of ₹72 per share. The listing price represented a 0.42% premium to the issue price.

The total issue comprised 28.03 lakh shares, including 1.44 lakh shares reserved for the market maker. After the market-maker reservation, the net offer to public investors stood at 26.59 lakh shares.

The IPO opened on September 29, 2026, and closed on October 1, 2026. The company fixed the issue price at ₹72 per share against the ₹69–₹72 price band. The lot size was 1,600 shares, taking the minimum retail application to ₹1,15,200 at the issue price.

The issue included both fresh capital and an offer for sale. The fresh issue proceeds were intended to form part of the company’s capital raised through the IPO, while the OFS component represented shares offered by existing shareholders.

Within the NII segment, the portion for applications above ₹10 lakh was subscribed 1.66 times, while the portion below ₹10 lakh was subscribed 0.64 times. The individual investor category was subscribed 1.59 times.

The final subscription data showed bids for 67.44 lakh shares against 26.59 lakh shares offered to public investors. The issue received 958 applications across the categories included in the displayed subscription data.
