December 12, 2025: By the end of Day 2, Park Medi IPO received 1.05 times subscription status applications. 

The issue comprises a fresh issue of 4.75 crore shares aggregating to ₹770.00 crore, plus ₹150 crore from the Offer for Sale. The subscription status period started on December 10 and ends today (December 12). Allotments are expected to be completed on December 15, with listing of the shares on BSE and NSE expected on December 17, 2025 (tentative).

Park Medi World Limited IPO Subscription Status Day 2 So Far

At the end of Day 2, a total of 4,13,79,300 bids were made for an additional 3,97,53,088 shares available, with an overall subscription status of 1.05 times as of 11 December. The NII section of the subscription was oversubscribed by 1.46 times. The retail investors had a subscription of 1.27 times. The QIB offered a subscription status of 0.34 times. 

Park Medi World Limited IPO Subscription Status on Day 1 

At the end of day one, the overall subscription status was 0.56 times as of 10 December. The NII section of the subscription was subscribed to 0.70 times. The retail investors had a subscription status of 0.67 times. The QIB offered a subscription status of 0.28 times. 

Anchor Investment Details of Park Medi World IPO

Park Medi World Limited received ₹276 crores in anchor investor funding on December 9, 2025, the day before its launch. A total of 17,037,036 shares were allocated at the price point of ₹162 each. 

Nuvama Wealth Management Limited serves as the book-running lead manager, and Kfin Technologies Limited is the registrar for the offering.

Use Of Proceeds Park Medi World IPO 

The organisation is planning to utilise these funds to pay back loans, expand its hospital infrastructure, buy additional medical equipment and support future acquisitions as reported in the RHP. 

Financial Performance of Proceeds Park Medi World IPO

Between FY24 and FY25 Park Medi World recorded 13% growth in Revenue and 40% growth in PAT. For the 6 months ending September 30, 2025, the Company reported Total Income of ₹823.39 Crores PAT of ₹139.14 Crores and total Assets of ₹2,320.93 Crores.
