Mumbai, October 6: Pind Hospitality shares made a weak debut at ₹79.20 on the BSE SME on October 6, 2026, compared with the IPO issue price of ₹99 per share. The listing price represented a 20% discount to the issue price.

Pind Hospitality shares debuted at ₹79.20 on the BSE SME, ₹19.80 below the final IPO issue price of ₹99. The listing followed the company’s IPO, which had a price band of ₹93–₹99 per share.

The issue price was fixed at the upper end of the price band. Based on the displayed listing price, the shares entered the market at a 20% discount to the price paid by IPO investors.

IPO Structure And Issue Details

The Pind Hospitality IPO was entirely a fresh issue of 17.99 lakh shares, aggregating to ₹17.81 crore. There was no offer-for-sale component in the issue.

The IPO opened on September 28, 2026, and closed on September 30, 2026. The company fixed the issue price at ₹99 per share, against the ₹93–₹99 price band.

The lot size was 1,200 shares, while the minimum retail application at the upper end of the price band amounted to ₹1,18,800. The issue also had a market-maker reservation of 91,200 shares.

The net offer to the public comprised 17.07 lakh shares, after excluding the market-maker portion.

IPO Subscription Data

The Pind Hospitality IPO was subscribed 2.42 times overall, according to the final basis of allotment. The QIB portion was subscribed 1.00 time, while the NII category received subscription of 0.64 times.

The retail portion was subscribed 4.22 times, making it the most subscribed category among the main investor segments. The final allotment data showed 1,577 applications, with 17.07 lakh shares allocated to public investors.

The issue received applications for 41.29 lakh shares, against 17.07 lakh shares offered to public investors. The total amount collected stood at ₹40.88 crore, based on the final allotment data.
