Powerica IPO Lists at ₹366 After 1.38x Subscription

Mumbai, April 2: Powerica Limited began trading on the BSE and NSE on April 2 at ₹366 per share, opening below its issue price of ₹395. It picked up later in the day and was trading at 392.70 which again was 2.30% below the listed price.

The ₹1,100 crore public issue, open between March 24 and March 27, 2026, had seen moderate overall demand. Yet, the listing outcome suggests that sentiment remained cautious, particularly outside institutional participation.
