Mumbai, September 08: Pranav Constructions IPO saw subscription accelerate on the second day of bidding, taking the overall subscription to 19.02 times as of 5:08 PM on September 08, 2026.

The bookbuilding issue opened for subscription on September 07 and will close on September 09, 2026. The IPO comprises a fresh issue of 2.55 crore shares aggregating up to ₹315.60 crore and an offer for sale of 28.57 lakh shares aggregating up to ₹35.43 crore.

The price band has been fixed at ₹118 to ₹124 per share, while the lot size is 120 shares. At the upper end of the price band, the minimum investment for a retail investor is ₹14,880.

The NII category recorded the highest subscription among the broad investor segments at 45.77 times. Within the segment, applications below ₹10 lakh were subscribed 49.84 times, while applications above ₹10 lakh recorded a subscription of 43.73 times.

The individual investor category was subscribed 16.49 times, with bids for 21.01 crore shares against 1.27 crore shares available. The QIB portion excluding anchor investors received bids for 46.99 lakh shares, taking its subscription to 1.04 times.
