The Pranav Constructions IPO recorded substantial subscription across all three main investor categories on the final day. The QIB portion excluding anchor allocation was subscribed 268.54 times, while the NII category was subscribed 217.73 times. The retail portion received 45.31 times subscription. Overall subscription increased from 19.13 times on Day 2 to 126.34 times by 5:28 PM on Day 3.

Mumbai, September 09: The Pranav Constructions IPO was subscribed 126.34 times by 5:28 PM on the third and final day of bidding on September 9, 2026. The issue received bids for 2,71,80,43,800 shares against 2,15,14,446 shares offered to the public, excluding the anchor portion.

The ₹351.03 crore IPO comprises a fresh issue of 2.55 crore shares aggregating to ₹315.60 crore and an offer for sale of 28.57 lakh shares aggregating to ₹35.43 crore. The price band was fixed at ₹118 to ₹124 per share, with a lot size of 120 shares.
