Mumbai, August 31: The Priority Jewels IPO continued to attract strong interest from investors on the second day of bidding. By the end of August 31, 2026, the ₹91.50 crore issue had been subscribed 29.06 times overall.
The issue received bids for 9,30,62,100 shares against 32,02,500 shares available for public subscription. The NII category saw particularly strong demand and was subscribed 42.34 times, while the retail portion was subscribed 39.02 times.
The QIB category, excluding anchor investors, also moved into the subscribed portion on Day 2 and stood at 1.68 times. The IPO had received 7,65,933 applications by the latest available update.
The IPO will remain open for subscription until September 1, 2026. Priority Jewels is scheduled to list on BSE and NSE, with the tentative listing date fixed for September 4, 2026.

Priority Jewels IPO Subscription Status
Demand picked up sharply on the second day of bidding, with investors across the NII and retail categories placing substantial bids.
