Mumbai, July 29: The Propshop Events & Exhibitions IPO has entered its final day of subscription with investor participation picking up gradually across categories. As of 10:29 AM on July 29, the ₹28.57 crore NSE SME public issue was subscribed 0.51 times, with institutional investors showing the strongest interest so far.
The three-day IPO, which opened for subscription on July 27, will close later today. Subscription figures are expected to rise further during market hours as investors typically place a large number of bids on the final day.

The company is raising ₹28.57 crore through a combination of a fresh issue of 31.24 lakh equity shares aggregating ₹23.05 crore and an offer for sale of 8 lakh shares worth ₹5.52 crore.
The IPO is priced in the ₹65 to ₹69 per share band. Retail investors are required to apply for a minimum of 4,000 shares, translating to an investment of ₹2,76,000 at the upper price band. The minimum application size for HNIs is 6,000 shares, requiring an investment of ₹4,14,000.
