Propshop Events & Exhibitions IPO remained lightly subscribed on Day 2, with the issue booked 0.06 times in early trade as retail investors continued to account for most of the bids.

Mumbai, July 28: Propshop Events & Exhibitions IPO witnessed a gradual increase in investor participation on the second day of bidding, although the overall response remained muted in early trade. As of around 10:24 AM on Tuesday, the ₹28.57 crore SME public issue had been subscribed 0.06 times, with retail investors contributing the majority of the bids received so far.
The book-built issue opened for subscription on July 27 and will remain open until July 29. Like many SME offerings, subscriptions are expected to build closer to the closing day as investors wait before placing their bids.
Retail Category Continues To Attract Most Interest
According to the latest exchange data, investors had bid for 2,28,000 shares against 39,24,000 shares available for public subscription.
The Individual Investors (Retail) category was subscribed 0.14 times, making it the most active segment during the morning session. The NII category stood at 0.02 times, while the QIB (Ex-Anchor) portion had not received any bids at the time of the latest update.
Within the NII segment, the sNII category was subscribed 0.05 times, whereas the bNII portion was yet to witness any subscription.

About The IPO
Propshop Events & Exhibitions is looking to raise ₹28.57 crore through a combination of a fresh issue of 31.24 lakh equity shares and an offer for sale of 8 lakh shares.
The IPO has fixed a price band of ₹65 to ₹69 per share. Investors can bid in lots of 2,000 shares, while a retail application requires a minimum investment of ₹2.76 lakh at the upper end of the price band.
Unistone Capital Pvt. Ltd. is the book-running lead manager to the issue, while MUFG Intime India Pvt. Ltd. is acting as the registrar.
