Mumbai, September 4: Following the close of the subscription period, the Purple Style Labs IPO allotment status has been finalised after the issue received an overall subscription of 1.36 times. The IPO opened on August 31 2026 and closed on September 2 2026.
The issue saw mixed demand across investor categories. Retail investors subscribed 1.66 times their reserved portion, while the QIB portion excluding anchor investors was subscribed 1.50 times. The NII category was subscribed 0.89 times.
Investors can check their share allocation through the registrar, BSE or NSE using their application details. The IPO is scheduled to list on September 7 2026 on both BSE and NSE.
