New Delhi, November 28: Purple Wave Infocom IPO subscription status shows that the IPO has been subscribed by 0.54 times, as of 2:45 PM, on its first day of bidding. Until now, it has received bids for 9,42,000 shares, against 17,34,000 shares on offer. QIBs are leading the subscription by 0.81 times, bidding for 3,88,000 shares, against 4,80,000 shares on offer. QIBs are followed by retail investors who have subscribed to the issue by 0.61 times, bidding for 5,34,000 shares, against 8,76,000 shares on offer. Non-Institutional Buyers have subscribed the lowest by 0.05 times, bidding for 20,000 shares, against 3,78,000 shares on offer.
Purple Wave Infocom is an Indian professional Audio-Video (PRO AV) solutions provider. It is a digital enablement and system integrator company that designs, supplies, installs, and manages advanced audio, video, and control systems for corporate, educational, retail, and government clients.

The ₹31.45 crore Purple Wave Infocom IPO is a fresh issue of 0.25 crore shares of ₹31.45 crore, with no offer for sale element. Purple Wave Infocom IPO price band is at ₹120 to ₹126 per share. The lot size is 1,000 shares per application. The minimum investment amount required by a retail investor is ₹2,52,000 (2,000 shares) at the upper price band. The minimum lot size investment for HNI is 3 lots (3,000 shares), amounting to ₹3,78,000. Smart Horizon Capital Advisors Pvt.Ltd. is the book running lead manager and Maashitla Securities Pvt.Ltd. is the registrar of the issue. The Market Maker of the company is Shreni Shares Ltd.
Purple Wave Infocom IPO: Anchor Allocation
Ahead of the IPO, Purple Wave Infocom raised ₹7.99 crore from four anchor investors by allocating 6,34,000 shares at ₹126 per share. The four anchor investors were Viney Growth Fund, Finvestra First, Sunrise Investment Trust Sunrise Investment Opportunities Fund, and CCV Emerging Opportunities Fund I.
Purple Wave Infocom Financial Highlights
As of 30 June 2025, the firm reported assets of ₹71.05 crore, up from ₹53.48 crore on 31 March 2025 and ₹31.59 crore on 31 March 2024. Total income stood at ₹35.91 crore, compared to ₹126.15 crore in March 2025 and ₹90.04 crore in March 2024. Profit after tax for June 2025 came in at ₹3.58 crore, lower than ₹9.12 crore in March 2025 but still higher than ₹5.44 crore in March 2024.
What’s Ahead for Purple Wave Infocom IPO?
Purple Wave Infocom has witnessed modest demand as of now on its first day of bidding. However, the demand is likely to pick up in the remaining two days left for bidding. The allotment status for Purple Wave Infocom IPO is expected on December 3. The company is expected to credit the shares and initiate refunds on December 4. The shares of the company are expected to list on BSE SME on December 5.
