Mumbai, Aug 14: The Q&T Foods IPO closed its three-day bidding window on August 14 2026 with the issue subscribed 1.42 times overall. Retail investors led the subscription, with their portion receiving bids for 2.64 times the shares on offer. The NII segment, meanwhile, was subscribed 0.20 times.
The ₹26.25 crore fixed price IPO opened on August 12 2026 and offered 22,82,400 fresh equity shares at ₹115 per share. With bidding now closed, the next key step is the allotment process, which is scheduled for August 17 2026.
