Mumbai, September 22: Quanto Agroworld shares made their debut on the BSE SME platform on Tuesday at ₹66.99 per share, marginally below the IPO issue price of ₹67. The stock later slipped to ₹63.65 by 10:08 AM IST, around 4.99% below its listing price. 

The debut followed the company’s ₹31.02 crore fixed-price IPO, which was entirely a fresh issue of 46.30 lakh shares. The issue was subscribed 1.39 times overall, according to the final subscription data. 

Quanto Agroworld Lists At ₹66.99 Against ₹67 IPO Price 

Quanto Agroworld opened trading at ₹66.99 per share on BSE SME, compared with its IPO issue price of ₹67. 

The listing price was ₹0.01 below the issue price, translating into a marginal discount of around 0.01%. The stock then moved lower during the initial trading session. 

By 10:08 AM IST, Quanto Agroworld shares were trading at ₹63.65. 

Stock Falls Nearly 5% From Listing Price 

At ₹63.65, the stock was ₹3.34 below its listing price of ₹66.99. This represented a decline of approximately 4.99% from the debut level.

Compared with the IPO issue price of ₹67, the stock was ₹3.35 lower, or around 5% below the issue price.

The early movement came after the stock began the session almost in line with the IPO price before moving below the ₹67 level. 

₹31.02 Crore IPO Was Entirely A Fresh Issue 

Quanto Agroworld IPO raised ₹31.02 crore through a fresh issue of 46.30 lakh shares. The IPO did not include an offer-for-sale component.

Of the total issue, 2.32 lakh shares were reserved for the market maker. The net offer to the public stood at 43.98 lakh shares.

The company had fixed the issue price at ₹67 per share under the fixed-price IPO structure. 

IPO Received 1.39 Times Subscription 

The public issue received overall subscription of 1.39 times, with bids received for 61.24 lakh shares against 43.98 lakh shares offered to the public.

The NII category was subscribed 1.66 times, while the retail portion received 0.79 times subscription. The issue received a total of 587 applications, according to the final subscription figures. 

NII Demand Higher Than Retail Subscription 

The NII category comprised 21.98 lakh shares, representing 49.98% of the net issue. Retail investors were offered 22 lakh shares, accounting for 50.02%. 

At the close of bidding, NII investors placed bids for 36.50 lakh shares, while retail investors bid for 17.28 lakh shares. 

Retail Lot Required ₹2.68 Lakh 

The minimum retail application was fixed at 4,000 shares. At the IPO price of ₹67 per share, one retail lot required an investment of ₹2.68 lakh.

For HNI investors, the minimum application was 6,000 shares, requiring ₹4.02 lakh at the issue price.

Quanto Agroworld Shares Trade 5% Below Issue Price 

Quanto Agroworld shares debuted at ₹66.99 on BSE SME, compared with the ₹67 IPO price. By 10:08 AM IST on September 22, 2026, the stock had moved down to ₹63.65, marking a 4.99% decline from the listing price and a 5% decline from the issue price.

The debut came after the ₹31.02 crore fixed-price IPO received 1.39 times overall subscription, with NII demand exceeding the shares offered to the category while the retail portion remained below full subscription.
