Radico Khaitan Board Approves Amalgamation of Eight Subsidiaries

New Delhi, October 29: Radico Khaitan Limited has announced a major reshuffle of its company structure today, on October 29. As per the announcement, its Board of Directors has approved a Scheme of Amalgamation. Under the plan, it will merge eight of its wholly owned subsidiaries and step-down subsidiaries with the parent company. The reshuffle is aimed at simplifying its corporate structure and achieving operational efficiencies.

Radico Khaitan Limited is an Indian company that is engaged in manufacturing of Indian Made Foreign Liquor (IMFL) and country liquor. The company was established in 1943, and is headquartered in New Delhi. The shares of the company are listed on NSE with the ticker symbol RADICO and on BSE with the code 532497.

Amalgamation Details

The amalgamation will consolidate the following entities with Radico Khaitan Ltd: Radico Spiritzs India Pvt Ltd, Equibuild Realtors Pvt Ltd, Compaqt Era Builders Pvt Ltd, Accomreal Builders Pvt Ltd, Firstcode Reality Pvt Ltd, Destihomz Buildwell Pvt Ltd, Proprent Era Estates Pvt Ltd, and Binayah Builders Pvt Ltd.

The company announced that no cash or share consideration will be involved in the amalgamation of its eight subsidiaries. Once the amalgamation is completed, all equity shares held by Radico Khaitan in its subsidiaries will be cancelled. There will be no change in the shareholding pattern of Radico Khaitan Limited.

Shares Close 0.61% Lower At ₹3,169 After The Announcement

Radico Khaitan share price closed 0.61%, or 19.30 points lower, at ₹3,169. The shares made an intraday high of ₹3,233 and a low of ₹3,145.10. The traded volume for the Radico Khaitan stock stood at 6.07 lakh shares, with the company’s market cap at ₹42,684 crore. The shares have their 52-week high at ₹3,423 and their 52-week low at ₹1,845.
