Mumbai, September 10: The Raksan Transformers IPO opened for subscription on Thursday, September 10, 2026. The ₹150.50 crore book-built issue comprises a fresh issue of 41.36 lakh shares aggregating to ₹113 crore and an offer for sale of 11 lakh shares worth up to ₹30 crore.
The IPO will remain open until September 15, 2026. The price band has been fixed at ₹258 to ₹273 per share, with a lot size of 400 shares. At the upper end of the price band, the minimum investment for an individual retail investor is ₹2,18,400.
