Mumbai, March 13: Share price of Ramky Infrastructure Limited moved higher on Friday after the company disclosed that its wholly owned subsidiary secured a major industrial infrastructure project from the Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation (MIDC).

The stock was trading at ₹470.05, up ₹11.50 or 2.51% from the previous close of ₹458.55, as of 1:37 PM IST on March 13, 2026. During the session, the stock opened at ₹462.55 and touched a high of ₹489.00, according to market data.

Why Ramky Infrastructure Share Price Moved

The upward move followed the company’s regulatory disclosure confirming that MIDC awarded a concession agreement to Maha Integrated Life Sciences City Limited (MILEs City), a wholly owned subsidiary of Ramky Infrastructure.

Under the agreement, the subsidiary will act as the developer for the High-Tech Pharmaceutical Park located in the Dighi Port Industrial Area in Mangaon and Roha taluks, Raigad district, Maharashtra. The project will be implemented on a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) basis.

The concession period is 95 years, including a five-year construction phase. The development will focus on creating a dedicated ecosystem for the life sciences and pharmaceutical sector, including industrial facilities and supporting infrastructure.

Ramky Infrastructure Stock Performance Snapshot

As of 1:37 PM IST on March 13, 2026, Ramky Infrastructure shares were trading at ₹470.05, reflecting a 2.51% gain on the day.

The stock recorded a high of ₹489.00 and low of ₹452.00 so far, indicating strong volatility following the announcement. The company’s market capitalisation stood around ₹3.25K crore, with a price-to-earnings (P/E) ratio of approximately 14.55 based on available market data.

Over the past 52 weeks, the stock has traded between ₹403.35 and ₹705.00, suggesting a wide trading band amid infrastructure sector developments.

What This Means For Investors

The project carries an estimated cost of around ₹3,000 crore, making it one of the larger industrial infrastructure developments tied to the life sciences sector in the region.

According to the company’s filing under SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015, Ramky Infrastructure expects to generate revenue streams from land lease premiums, development charges, maintenance services, and utility operations within the park.

That said, infrastructure concessions of this scale typically unfold over long timelines, with monetisation linked to land leasing and industrial unit development within the park.

About The Company

Ramky Infrastructure Limited is an Indian infrastructure developer involved in construction, environmental engineering, waste management, and industrial infrastructure projects.

The company has executed projects across roads, water and wastewater management, industrial zones, and integrated infrastructure facilities, often working with government agencies and public-private partnership frameworks.

Its subsidiary Maha Integrated Life Sciences City Limited has been positioned to develop specialized infrastructure for the life sciences and pharmaceutical industries.

Conclusion

Ramky Infrastructure’s latest concession agreement with MIDC introduces a long-term industrial development project aimed at building a dedicated life sciences and pharmaceutical ecosystem in Maharashtra. The ₹3,000 crore project and 95-year concession structure underline the strategic scale of the development.

While execution and monetisation will unfold over several years, the project strengthens the company’s position in specialized industrial infrastructure a factor that appears to have supported investor sentiment in the current trading session.
