Mumbai, August 24: Ratnamani Metals & Tubes Limited said its subsidiary, Ratnamani Finow Spooling Solutions Private Limited, has received export orders worth USD 286 million, approximately ₹2,700 crore, for the supply of spools and hangers.
According to the company’s exchange disclosure dated August 24, 2026, the orders have been received from international customers of Ratnamani Finow Spooling Solutions. The subsidiary will supply spools and hangers under the contracts.
The orders have an execution period of two to three years. The company said the orders will be partly manufactured at its own plant and partly sub-contracted, with some products to be sold on a merchant trade transaction basis.
The disclosure classifies the orders as international in nature. Ratnamani Metals & Tubes also stated that the contracts were received in the normal course of business and do not constitute related-party transactions.
No promoter, promoter group or group company interest in the entities awarding the orders has been disclosed.
