RattanIndia Power Q2 FY26 Results: Loss Widens to ₹31.6 Crore as Revenue Declines 4.2% YoY

New Delhi, October 31: RattanIndia Power Limited has announced its financial results for the quarter ending September 30, 2025. It has reported an increase in its loss at ₹31.55 crore, with a small loss of ₹1.35 crore in the year-ago period.

RattanIndia Power Limited (NSE: RTNPOWER, BSE: 533122) is an Indian company which is engaged in the production of power and energy. It was established in 2007, and is headquartered in New Delhi.

RattanIndia Power Q2 FY26 and Half-Yearly Financial Highlights

In Q2 FY26, the company reported revenue from operations of ₹653.72 crore, down 4.2% year-on-year and 20.4% sequentially. Total income declined 3.6% YoY to ₹743.41 crore. Total expenses stood at ₹774.96 crore. Net loss was at ₹31.55 crore, compared with a loss of ₹1.35 crore in Q2 FY25 and ₹13.11 crore in Q1 FY26.

For the first half of FY26, total income was ₹1,664.3 crore. Net loss widened to ₹44.66 crore from a profit of ₹91.65 crore in the same period last year. Fuel, power, and water costs rose to ₹539 crore, and finance costs stood at ₹112.08 crore.

On the balance sheet front, total assets increased to ₹9,971.29 crore as of September 30, 2025. Total equity was ₹4,540.78 crore and liabilities ₹5,430.51 crore. Cash and cash equivalents rose to ₹571.32 crore from ₹177.83 crore, supported by healthy operating cash inflows of ₹393.49 crore.

RattanIndia Power Share Price Closed 1.10% Lower at ₹52.18

RattanIndia Power share price closed in the red, lower by 1.10% or 0.58 points at ₹52.18. The shares made an intraday high of ₹52.75 and an intraday low of ₹52.01. The traded volume stood at 8.34 lakh shares, with the company’s market cap at ₹7,293 crore. The RattanIndia Power shares have their 52-week high at ₹77.59 and their 52-week low at ₹37.42.
