Mumbai, September 4:Following the close of the subscription period, the Rays of Belief IPO allotment is expected to be finalised on September 4 2026. The ₹125 crore IPO received an overall subscription of 107.71 times by the close of bidding on September 3 2026.
The issue was subscribed 9.06 times in the QIB category, 279.11 times in the NII category and 195.86 times in the retail category. Investors can check their allotment status through the registrar KFin Technologies and the BSE and NSE websites once the allocation is made available.
The IPO was entirely a fresh issue of 52,30,000 shares aggregating to ₹125 crore. The price band was ₹227 to ₹239 per share, while the lot size was 62 shares, requiring ₹14,818 for one retail lot at the upper price.
