RFBL Flexi Pack IPO attracted improved investor participation on Day 2, with the issue subscribed 1.32 times as of May 13, 2026 morning session.
Mumbai, May 13: RFBL Flexi Pack IPO moved into fully subscribed territory on the second day of bidding, supported by sustained demand from non-institutional investors and steady retail participation.
The NSE SME issue was subscribed 1.32 times as of 11:00 AM on May 13, 2026. The public issue received bids for 88.47 lakh shares against 67.11 lakh shares on offer.
The ₹35.33 crore IPO opened for subscription on May 12, 2026 and will close on May 14, 2026. The issue is entirely a fresh issue of 67.11 lakh equity shares priced in the range of ₹47 to ₹50 apiece.

The NII segment continued to lead the subscription momentum on Day 2, with the bNII category seeing bids exceed two times the reserved quota. Retail participation also strengthened compared to the previous session, while the QIB portion remained subscribed 1.12 times.
