RITES Q1 Profit Rises 7.5% to Rs 98 Cr

New Delhi: Engineering firm RITES Ltd on Tuesday reported a 7.5 per cent rise in consolidated profit to Rs 97.78 crore during the June quarter.
The company had posted consolidated profit of Rs 90.89 crore in the year-ago period, RITES Ltd said in a filing to the BSE.
The total income of the company during the April-June period rose to Rs 560.68 crore over Rs 511.68 crore in the year-ago period.
The total expenses of the company during the quarter rose to Rs 434.94 crore over Rs 392.46 crore in the year-ago period, the filing said.
The board declared the first interim dividend of Rs 1.40 per share for the 2026-27 financial year.
RITES Ltd, a Navratna Central Public Sector Enterprise, is a multidisciplinary engineering and consultancy organisation, providing a comprehensive range of services.
The company is uniquely placed in terms of diversification of services and geographical reach in various sectors such as railways, metros, tunnels, bridge, urban engineering, sustainability, and green mobility, airports, ports, ropeways, and institutional buildings among others.
