Mumbai, June 23: The Riyaasat Lifestyle IPO witnessed modest investor participation, with the public issue subscribed 0.13 times as of June 23, 2026. The SME IPO opened for subscription on June 18, 2026, and is scheduled to close on June 25, 2026.
The ₹30.20 crore book-built issue comprises a fresh issue of 28,48,800 equity shares. The company has fixed the price band at ₹100 to ₹106 per share, while investors can apply in lots of 1,200 shares.
Exchange data showed that demand remained concentrated in the qualified institutional buyer category, while retail and non-institutional investor participation stayed below full subscription levels on Day 4.
