RMC Switchgears Bags ₹5.02 Crore Order; Shares Rise 0.75% 

Mumbai July, 24: RMC Switchgears Limited has received a letter of award worth ₹5.02 crore from Genus Power Infrastructures Limited for the supply of 1.1 kW panel mounting structures, adding another domestic contract to the company’s order book. 

The contract, valued at ₹5,01,72,500, covers panel mounting structures for UND S_Panel mounting structure 1.1KW 600/1200MM 18/17/2024, according to the company’s exchange disclosure dated July 24, 2026. 

The structures will have a minimum ground clearance of 800 mm from the lowest point of the roof surface, as specified in the order terms. 

RMC Switchgears is required to execute the contract within six months. Genus Power Infrastructures, the entity awarding the order, is a domestic company. 

The company said the new letter of award strengthens its existing order book and is expected to contribute to revenue and growth prospects. It also confirmed that its promoter and promoter group have no interest in the awarding entity and that the contract does not constitute a related-party transaction.
