Rukmani Devi Garg Agro Impex IPO Day 1 Subscription: Issue Subscribed 2.31 Times Overall

Kota, September 29, 2025 – On September 26, Rukmani Devi Garg Agro Impex Ltd’s IPO ₹23 crore IPO saw moderate demand during its first day of bidding, as the issue was subscribed 2.31 times collectively as of 5:05 p.m., based on the data gathered from the BSE.

The book-built issue, opened on September 26 and closing on September 30, 2025, is available at ₹93-₹99 per share, with a minimum lot size of 1,200 shares. It is to be listed on the BSE SME platform on October 6, 2025.

Rukmani Devi Garg Agro Impex IPO Day 1 Subscription Status (as of 5:05 p.m.)

Initial public offering (IPO) of Rukmani Devi Garg Agro Impex saw moderate demand on the opening day of bidding, achieving an overall subscription of 2.31 times until 5:05 PM on September 26, 2025. Subscription trend indicated strong demand came in from non-institutional investors (NIIs), while the retail participation was fairly subdued.

The QIB category subscribed 0.98 times, with bids coming in for 11.10 lakh shares compared to the offer of 11.28 lakh shares. The Non-Institutional Investors (NIIs) segment was massively oversubscribed 11.56 times, as bids amounting to 39.12 lakh shares came in as compared to the offer size of 3.38 lakh shares. Out of this, bids exceeding ₹10 lakh (bNII) reached a stupendous 17.24 times the quota, while bids below ₹10 lakh (sNII) were subdued, with a mere 0.20 times the subscription.

Retail Investors (Individual Investors) portion saw limited interest on the opening day as it was subscribed only 0.25 times, the bids being received for 1.94 lakh shares against the offer of 7.89 lakh shares. As a whole, the issue saw bids containing 52.16 lakh shares, compared to the total issue size of 22.56 lakh shares, generating a total value of bids of around ₹51.64 crore.
