The lot size is of 1,200 shares, amounting to a minimum investment by a retail investor of ₹2,37,600 at the upper price band. The IPO opens today and will remain open till September 30. Share allotment is expected to be finalised on October 1. Credit of shares and refund initiation are expected on October 3, with the shares expected to list on October 6 on BSE SME. Fedex Securities Pvt.Ltd. is the book running lead manager and Bigshare Services Pvt.Ltd. is the registrar of the issue. The market maker of the company is Sunflower Broking Pvt.Ltd.

Rukmani Devi Garg Agro Impex IPO Revenue At ₹32,699.50 Lakh While PAT At ₹757.07 Lakh

In FY25, revenue from operations surged to ₹32,699.50 lakh, up from ₹24,437.53 lakh in FY24 and ₹24,805.19 lakh in FY23. EBITDA increased to ₹1,263.91 lakh. EBITDA margin also increased to 3.87%, against 3.34% in FY24 and 1.24% in FY23. Profit After Tax (PAT) jumped to ₹757.07 lakh, up from ₹501.72 lakh in FY24 and ₹47.39 lakh in FY23. Earnings per share (EPS) stood at ₹11.65 in FY25, up from ₹7.72 in FY24 and ₹0.73 in FY23. Net worth increased to ₹3,242.73 lakh, and total borrowings increased to ₹4,921.37 lakh from ₹2,684.42 lakh in FY24.
