Gurugram, October 8, 2025Saatvik Green Energy Limited IPO (NSE: SAATVIKGL, BSE: 544526) disclosed that it has won new significant solar PV module supply orders worth Rs 707.62 crore, boosting investor optimism with the stock closing up 10% higher in today’s trading.

Saatvik Green Energy  IPO Key Order Details

The company announced two significant order wins in two different filings on 7th October. The holding company, Saatvik Green Energy Ltd, has been awarded orders aggregating Rs 488 crore by top Independent Power Producers (IPPs) and EPC contractors for home solar PV module supplies. On the other hand, its material arm, Saatvik Solar Industries Private Limited, has won contracts worth Rs 219.62 crore from three IPPs/EPCs. The two sets of contracts are repeat orders from local customers and are planned to be executed in FY26, reflecting the sustained momentum of demand in the solar EPC and IPP segments.

The firm assured that none of these contracts are related-party transactions and that promoters or group entities do not have any interest in the awarding entities, reflecting that all transactions were done on an arm’s length basis.

Saatvik Green Energy IPO Market Reaction

Shares of Saatvik Green Energy opened at ₹469.50 and closed at a high of ₹506.00, a ₹46.00 gain as of 3:15pm IST. The market capitalisation of the company was ₹5,956.14 crore, and the free float market cap was ₹634.93 crore. The stock also made a new 52-week high of ₹474.70, indicating bullishness from investors. Volumes traded were at 4.36 lakh shares with a turnover of ₹20.51 crore and a deliverable portion of 49.56%.

Trading both on NSE and BSE, Saatvik Green Energy Limited is a prominent solar PV module manufacturer with its corporate office in Gurugram, Haryana. It operates in the Other Electrical Equipment sector, and its client base consists of large-scale renewable developers, EPC contractors, and independent power producers in India. With an expanding roster of domestic repeat orders, Saatvik Green Energy is further consolidating its position in India’s growing renewable energy business.
