Mumbai September, 03: Saatvik Green Energy Limited has received and accepted an order worth ₹297.50 crore for the supply of solar photovoltaic modules to two independent power producers and EPC players.

The contract is specifically for the supply of solar PV modules. The company said the order forms part of its material business developments and has been disclosed under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations.

The latest order adds another sizeable contract to Saatvik Green Energy’s solar module business as demand for renewable power equipment continues to expand.

Solar PV Module Supply Order Adds To Business Visibility

The ₹297.50 crore contract is focused entirely on the supply of solar PV modules, giving Saatvik Solar Industries a defined manufacturing and delivery opportunity.

The company has not disclosed the individual value or module allocation for either of the two customers. It has also not provided a detailed execution schedule in the exchange disclosure.

However, the size of the contract makes it a significant addition to the subsidiary’s order pipeline and strengthens its exposure to renewable energy developers and EPC companies.

Saatvik Green Energy Builds Its Solar Manufacturing Business

Saatvik Green Energy operates in the renewable energy sector, with solar PV module manufacturing forming a key part of its business.

Its subsidiary, Saatvik Solar Industries, is responsible for the business covered by the latest order. The company supplies solar modules used in utility-scale and other renewable energy projects.

The latest contract gives the group another opportunity to participate in the solar supply chain through equipment manufacturing rather than project ownership or power generation.

Order Comes From Renewable Energy And EPC Customers

The company said the order was received from two independent power producers and EPC players operating in the renewable energy sector.

This customer profile is relevant for module manufacturers because IPPs and EPC companies are directly involved in developing and executing solar power projects.

Saatvik Green Energy has not disclosed any promoter or group-company interest in the entities placing the order in the filing. The announcement also does not indicate any related-party transaction.

Saatvik Green Energy Strengthens Solar Order Pipeline

The fresh ₹297.50 crore order adds to Saatvik Green Energy’s visibility in the domestic solar equipment market.

With renewable energy capacity continuing to require large volumes of photovoltaic modules, supply contracts with IPPs and EPC companies provide module manufacturers with a direct route into upcoming project deployments.

The company has disclosed the order as a material development under the applicable SEBI disclosure framework, while further execution details will depend on the terms agreed with the customers.

Conclusion

Saatvik Green Energy’s material subsidiary, Saatvik Solar Industries, has received and accepted a ₹297.50 crore order from two renewable energy developers and EPC players for the supply of solar PV modules.

The company has not named the customers or disclosed a customer-wise split of the order value, but the contract adds a sizeable opportunity to its solar module supply pipeline.

The Saatvik Green Energy share price was at ₹421, up 0.90%, as of 3:40 PM IST on September 3, 2026, after touching a session high of ₹435.
