Sacheerome IPO to Close Today

Sacheerome Limited’s IPO has witnessed  investor interest as it nears the close of its three-day bidding window. As of 10:16 AM on Wednesday, June 11, 2025, the IPO has drawn bids for 19,92,15,600 shares. This exceeds the issue size significantly, indicating strong participation from across all investor categories.

Strong Retail and Institutional Participation Boosts Bid Volume

• Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs): 1,09,28,400 shares
• Non-Institutional Investors (NIIs): 8,97,22,800 shares
• Retail Individual Investors (RIIs): 9,85,64,400 shares
• Total Applications Received: 90,541

Retail investors alone contributed more than 9.85 crore bids, with over 82,000 applications. Institutional interest also remained strong, with QIB bids crossing 1.09 crore shares.

How Is the IPO Structured?

The IPO, comprising a fresh issue of 60,40,800 equity shares, will close today, June 11, 2025, by 5:00 PM for retail investors. The offering is being made under Chapter IX of SEBI’s SME platform regulations and is proposed to be listed on the NSE Emerge platform.

Proceeds from the IPO will be used to develop a modern integrated facility at YEIDA for manufacturing, research and innovation, application testing, and perfumery training.

When Will IPO Allotment and Listing Take Place?

Under the new SEBI T+3 timeline for IPO listings:

• Allotment is likely on June 12
• Shares are expected to be credited by June 13
• Listing may occur by June 14, 2025, provided timelines are met

GMP Climbs but Not SEBI-Endorsed

The grey market premium (GMP) for Sacheerome IPO has reportedly climbed to ₹41, reflecting bullish sentiment ahead of the listing. However, investors should note that GMP is unregulated and not validated by SEBI, and should not be the basis for investment decisions.
