Mumbai, April 6: Safety Controls IPO, a ₹48 crore book-built issue, opened for subscription on Monday and is set to close on April 8, 2026. The price band has been fixed in the range of ₹75 to ₹80 per share.

The offering is entirely a fresh issue of 60,00,000 shares. The company is slated to list on the BSE SME platform, with April 13, 2026 indicated as the tentative listing date.

Brief Overview Of The IPO

Safety Controls IPO aggregates to ₹48 crore and consists solely of a fresh issue of 60,00,000 shares. The price band is set at ₹75 to ₹80 per share, positioning it within the SME segment.

Investors are required to bid in lots of 1,600 shares. The minimum application for retail investors stands at 2 lots, translating to ₹2,56,000 at the upper end of the price band. For NIIs, the entry threshold begins at 3 lots, or ₹3,84,000.

Out of the net offer of 56,96,000 shares, allocation is split across investor categories with 48.88% reserved for QIBs, 15.17% for NIIs and 35.96% earmarked for retail investors.
