Chennai, November 10, 2025 – Saksoft Limited reported a strong financial performance for the quarter ended September 30, 2025. The company’s consolidated net profit surged 37.5% year-on-year to ₹35.96 crore. This is up from ₹25.64 crore in Q2 FY25. This surge in net profit is fueled by robust growth in operational income and steady margin expansion.

Q2 FY26 Financial Highlights

Saksoft Limited reported a total income of ₹26,475.59 lakh. This is 20.8% compared with Q2 FY25. The company’s growth was driven by strong traction in its digital transformation and cloud consulting businesses.

The company’s total expenses increased moderately to ₹21,347.67 lakh. This is up 16.1% year-on-year and 2% quarter-on-quarter. Saksoft recorded a PBT of ₹5,127.92 lakh, which is a 45.4% year-on-year. The company’s net profit grew 37.5% to ₹3,596.70 lakh.
