Gandhinagar, September 22, 2025: The allotment status of Sampat Aluminium IPO is expected to be finalised today, on September 22. Investors who applied for the issue can check their allotment status by visiting the BSE platform or the registrar’s website. In case of successful allotment, the shares will be credited to demat accounts on September 23. The company has fixed the same date for initiating refunds in case of non-allotment of shares. The shares are expected to list on the BSE SME platform on September 24.

Sampat Aluminium Limited is an Indian company that manufactures aluminium wires and rods. The company was founded in 1999 and is headquartered in Gandhinagar, Gujarat.

Sampat Aluminium IPO Book Build Issue of ₹30.53 Crore Shares

The issue size for the IPO is ₹30.53 crores, including an entirely fresh issue of 0.25 crore shares. The company has set a price band of ₹114-₹120 per share. The lot size is 1,200 shares, with a minimum investment amount of ₹2,88,000 at the upper price band. Marwadi Chandarana Intermediaries,Brokers Pvt.Ltd is the book running lead manager, while Cameo Corporate Services Ltd. is the registrar of the issue.

On September 16, the company raised ₹8.51 crore from anchor investors by allocating them 7,09,200 shares at ₹120 per share. Key investors included Rajasthan Global Securities, Invicta Continuum Fund I, Nexus Equity Growth Fund, Aarth AIF Growth Fund, Moneywise Financial Services, Holani Venture Capital Fund I, and Vikasa India EIF I Fund – Incube Global Opportunities.

The issue saw strong investor demand across categories and was subscribed 169.09 times. Overall, the IPO received bids for 28.18 crore shares against 16.67 lakh shares offered by the company. The public issue subscribed 161.68 times in the individual investors category, 87.02 times in QIB (Ex Anchor), and 295.88 times in the NII category
