Sattrix Information Security has bagged a ₹17.35 crore contract from a private sector bank for Splunk enterprise security services, with its shares rising nearly 5%.

Mumbai, August 20: Sattrix Information Security Limited has secured a ₹17.35 crore contract from a private sector bank in India for providing Splunk enterprise security solutions for one year.
Sattrix Information Security Secures ₹17.35 Crore Order From Private Bank
The company disclosed the order to the BSE under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements Regulations, 2015. The contract is valued at ₹17,35,03,476 and covers Splunk Enterprise and Enterprise Security Premium services.
The engagement will run for one year. According to the filing, the order has been awarded by a domestic entity and Sattrix’s promoter group does not have any interest in the bank that placed the order. The company also confirmed that the contract does not fall under the related-party transaction category.
The order gives Sattrix another sizeable engagement in the banking sector, where enterprise security and monitoring requirements remain an important part of technology infrastructure. The filing, however, does not provide further details on the identity of the bank or the commercial terms beyond the disclosed contract value and duration.
